What the repair covers.

Will you change the text?

No. Your text is preserved exactly. We do not edit or write content. If a repair would require changing your text, we decline or refund.

Does passing a check guarantee publication?

No. The delivered EPUB passes EPUBCheck 5.4.0 and keeps your book’s text exactly. We refund the $59 if the repaired file fails EPUBCheck 5.4.0, or if your retailer (KDP or another) rejects the repaired file for a file-structure error we were asked to fix. Report the problem within 14 days of delivery with the exact EPUBCheck error or the retailer’s message and your order reference. Passing a check does not guarantee a retailer will publish the book.

Can you repair a print layout or design a cover?

No. The offer covers one EPUB up to 40,000 words and ten images. Print layout, cover design, editing and writing are excluded.

When does the two-business-day turnaround begin?

After payment and receipt of the agreed file. We first check a free excerpt to confirm fit, and confirm the timing by email.

Do you need my login?

No. Do not send passwords or account access. We work by email, and you keep control of your accounts.

How do I send a file?

Start with the intake. After we confirm what to send, reply to our confirmation email with your file attached. There are no file uploads on this site.

When do you delete files?

Customer files are deleted 14 days after acceptance. Order records and delivery logs are kept 180 days for disputes.
